Residential Fire Protection Tanks

Providing fire water storage for fire protection systems in residential or multi-occupancy buildings can be a challenge. Even though residential sprinkler systems typically require a smaller amount of stored water, compared to fire protection systems for commercial or industrial buildings, space for fitting water storage tanks is often limited.

Franklin Hodge can help you overcome these challenges with a scaled-down version of our LPCB approved Firetainer® tank, developed specifically for use with residential sprinkler systems.

This version of our Firetainer® tank is designed in accordance with BS 9251:2001; Fire Sprinkler Systems for Domestic and Residential Occupancies, Code of Practice. Our experienced team can provide you with a tailor-made layout to suit the area available. For example, in an enclosed loft, open roof space or basement.
